iExel’s committees are made up of individuals who oversee and support various areas across the Trust and its schools, including:
- The Academic Board – overseeing the ‘education excellence’ priority of the Trust across all schools.
- The Finance and Audit Committee – securitising all spending and ensuring all finances are in order and spent in accordance with the due diligence.
- The Nomination and Remuneration Committee – ensuring all committees members are in place and overseeing the implementation of the salary strategy as per the governance.
